Volleyball Wins Convincingly on Senior Night

Front Royal, Va.- The Christendom Crusaders women's volleyball team earned a strong 3–1 victory over Cheyney University on Thursday evening, taking the sets 25–13, 21–25, 27–25, and 25–12. The win showcased one of the team's most complete performances of the season, featuring balanced offense, aggressive serving, and resilient defense.
Serenity Fedoryka led the Crusaders with a dominant showing at the net, posting 20 kills on a .238 hitting percentage while adding 6 service aces and 3 blocks. Lucy Stahl and Lucy Pennefather each contributed 7 kills, helping maintain a steady offensive rhythm throughout the match.
Elisabeth Reese directed the offense masterfully, dishing out 34 assists and matching Fedoryka with 6 service aces. On defense, the Crusaders were anchored by Aimee Simpson, who recorded an impressive 25 digs. She was supported by Lucy Stahl with 14 digs and Sophie Simpson with 12, as Christendom's back row consistently kept rallies alive.
